With the help of the application you can determine your location on a map.

You will be assigned a number, which uniquely gives the position selected
for 1 or 2 months.

How?

Click the desired location on the map of the application.
Write a short message, select time of use, click "go" and the application will return a number.
Save the number.

Then you can send this number to other people, and with the help of the application they can see your position on the map and your message.
